The pictures are difficult to follow, specifically in regards to the hand and foot cuffs, and around the crotch. This could be fixed by superimposing a stitch line in a contract colour to make it really clear where the stitch line is.
Alternatively could you provide a video depicting how to construct the garment.
I consider myself to be an experienced beginner at sewing and I am a little disappointed.
in Europe we usually have the patterns without seam allowances included, if you send me your e-mail I can send you another pattern where there are more detailed photos of that step that you didn't understand.
