Beanie “Laura” (knitted look, all sizes, 2 var.)

This PDF crochet pattern consists of illustrated tutorial for crocheting a hat with a knitted look pattern. The cuff and tip also look knitted. The hat can be crocheted with the cuff turned up or with the simple cuff, as described in the pattern. You can crochet this hat in one color or two colors. The pattern ist suitable for beginners with some previous experience. This hat can be crocheted for both children and adults and is a unisex hat.

Note for the sl. st: This beanie is partly crocheted with the sl. st. Crocheting with the sl. st, crocheted either in the back loops only or in the front loops only, requires a little practice. Before you start crocheting, practice with an old thick wool (wool scraps). After a few exercises, crocheting with the sl. st will work very quickly. Otherwise: crochet very loosely, take the crochet hook 0.5 to 1 size larger than recommended for your wool. How to crochet the sl st is explained in the video (link in the pattern).
