It is crocheted in one piece starting from the feet up to the head. Only ears, muzzle and tail are sewed on separately. I used a pipe cleaner to make the tail pose-able.

Difficulty Level: advanced beginner.
Skills required are sl st, sc, dc, color change and increase/decrease sts.

The mouse comes along with a bear lovey and the blanket is based on a classic granny square pattern.

Finished Size: if done with cotton fingering yarn, 2.5mm hook, it is 20cm (7.8”) high w/o ears and 7.5cm (2.9”) wide. This may vary depending on the yarn and hook size you decide to use.

Cotton Fingering / 4 ply (14 wpi). Usage based on 1 Ball = 50g/1.75oz - 155m/170y.
Mouse: 38g (1.3oz) gray and 4g (0.1oz) pink
Bear lovey: 6g (0.2oz) beige, 6g (0.2oz) off white and 6g (0.2oz) blue
Mouse’s eyebrows, bear’s eyes and nose: small quantity of black embroidery floss
Optional: one pipe cleaner 30 cm (11.8”) long
10mm safety eyes
Fiberfill
2.5mm crochet hook (US B/1 – C/2)
