My basket is 11,02 inches (28 cm) in diameter.
ch 27. Starting from 2nd ch from hook work 25 sc, 2 ch, turn
Since baskets and yarn can be different, you need to periodically check the size of the piece against your pattern.

3. (1 ch, 1 dec dc) х 12, 2 ch, turn
4. ch, 1 dec dc, (1 ch, 1 dc) х 9, 1 dec dc, 2 ch, turn
5. ch, 1 dec dc, (1 ch, 1 dc) х 8, 2 ch, turn
6. 16 sc, 2 ch, turn
7. 1 dec, 14 sc, 2 ch, turn
8. 1 dec, 13 sc, 2 ch, turn
9. 1 dec, 12 sc, 2 ch, turn

Measure your part again with your basket.
Now fasten it as shown in the photo and continue crocheting along the very edge, securing it to the basket.
The weaving of my basket allowed for a not-so-smooth line. Yours may be different.
By attaching the yarn to finish and the other side
Now add the fringe. Cut the threads to the same length. Mine, for example, is 4.72 inches (12 cm).
Fold in half, put through the loop of the resulting line connection to the basket (see photo).
Your basket may need a loop on the back wall to hang it.
Now you can hang your updated basket and figure out what you're going to fill it with.
