Size of the owl about 7-8 cm.
Materials:
- The same thickness yarn (acrylic, wool or cotton). Choose 2 matching colours, I have colour A – yellow, colour B – red. And also brown, white colours;
- A crochet hook, I have 1,5 mm crochet hook;
- Hollow fibre for stuffing;
- Transparent glue;
- For eyes: 2 half-beads, I used 6mm diam half-beads;
- White piece of felt
Abbreviations:
ch – chain
sl st – slip stitch
sc – single crochet
hdc – half double crochet
dc - double crochet
inc – increase (2 sc in 1 st)
2 inc – 2 increases in sequence
dec – decrease (single crochet two stitches together)

Body-head
Start with the colour A.

26) Fold the detail in half. Connect the edges, crochet 24 sc.
Fasten off, cut off.
Eyes (make 2)
Work with brown colour yarn

3) (1sc, inc)х6 times (18)
4) 18 sc
Fasten off, cut off.
Outline the eyes on the felt, cut the 2 circles. Sew or glue. Glue the pupils on – use black half-beads.
Beak
Work with brown colour yarn
5 ch, starting from 4th ch from hook: 2 dc together.
Cut off yarn, leave a tail for further operation.
Wings (make 2)
7 ch, starting from 2nd ch from hook: 2 sl st, 1 sc, 1 hdc, 1 dc, into the last loop 6 dc, continue along the other side of the chain: 1 dc, 1 hdc, 1 sc, 2 sl st.
Fasten off, cut off.
Paws (make 2)
Work with brown colour yarn
7 ch, starting from 2nd ch from hook: 3 sl st, 5 ch, starting from 2nd ch from hook: 4 sl st,
4 ch, starting from 2nd ch from hook: 3 sl st, continue along the loops at the beginning of a chain: 3 sl st.
Fasten off, cut off.
Tail
5 ch, starting from 2nd ch from hook: 1 sc, 1 dc, 1 sc, 1 sl st,
6 ch, from 2nd ch from hook: 1 sc, 2 dc, 1 sc, 1 sl st,
5 ch, from 2nd ch from hook: 1 sc, 1 dc, 1 sc, 1 sl st.
Fasten off, cut off.
Attach the eyes, beak with dressmaking pins. Sew them on.
Sew on the paws and wings. Sew the tail in the center from behind.
Attach a few short threads to make a ears (see photo). Decorate at your discretion.
