    Bear Scarf written crochet instructions are unclear and don't make any sense. Are there any clearer instructions Thanks so much

    I am a little bit lost. First, the directions are not complete for the bear. You need to look at the mouse to see how to do the loop. The loop is where I am lost. You say to bind off after doing 18 rows of K1P1 on first needle. But then you say to join the stitches back again. Ar you picking up stitches from where it is bound off
