Instructions for Tealight holder Angel Karlie
by ChiChi Marie, Blümel Marie-Luise.
This is the new revised version of the instructions.
The pattern consist of 25 pages with lots of pictures.
The file is a PDF file.
The pattern does not contain a crochet course.
Basic knowledge is required.
Difficulty level: easy/medium
With the materials I use, the angel will be approx. 13cm tall.
However, the size varies greatly depending on which wool or brand you use.
Materials:
• crochet hooks in sizes 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm (approx. US sizes B, C and D)
• yarn e.g. Scheepjes Catona in a skin tone color,
color for the body (e.g. light blue)
color for the tealight holder (e.g. dark blue)
white yarn for the wings
yellow yarn for the hair
With some types of yarn the curls turned out too big. That’s why I use a different yarn for the curls (but not for the hat): Wollbutt Sonja Color 37839
black embroidery yarn for the mouth and eyebrows
• yarn for edging the wings and the tealight holder (e.g. gold)
• safety eyes 6 mm (approx. 0.2 inches)
• stuffing
• cardboard
• tape
