Its so lovely to have a special Christmas tea cosy to enjoy and you won't be dissapointed with the Christmas Eve Santa's Sleigh Tea Cosy.
The main part of the tea cosy is knitted up to be the bottom part of the sleigh and Santa's sack. The back and front of the sleigh are knitted separately and attached. The front and back sleigh parts are stiffened with Funky Foam, if you Google 'Funky Foam sheets' you will find it.
The Christmas presents are knitted up and arranged around the tea cosy, and there's even a teddy popping out the top of the sack.
It's an exciting tea cosy to make and looks spectacular.
The 7 page knitting pattern is knitted on two pins and is easy to follow and is mainly worked in stocking stitch.
The tea cosy fits a medium sized teapot that covers a Teapot that holds 6 to 8 cups or 2 pints.

P2tog Purl 2 Stitches Together
P3tog Purl 3 Stitches Together
TBL Through the Back Loops
YO yarn over needle to create an extra stitch
Inc1 Increase in next stitch (knit in front and back of stitch on a knit row. Purl in back and front of stitch in a purl row)
T&D Thread the end of the yarn through the remaining stitches and through the loop of the yarn itself and draw up the knitting tightly and Finish off.
