You will need for the base:

• Yarn - Sport / 5 ply (12 wpi) (225-250m per 100 g)
  35 g of grey, a small amount of fine black and white yarn
• Hook – I used 2 mm crochet hook for the net and 1 mm crochet hook for the spider and the lines of the net
• Two white buttons for the eyes – I used 6 mm across
• Sewing needle
