Moe The Stripey Cat Amigurumi Animal Toy Kitten

Meeeoww ! Here comes Moe The Stripey Cat; all he wants to do is play !

This pattern describes in US terminology how to crochet a colorful cat as shown in pictures. Finished size will be approx. 12” long and 5,5” tall (31 cm x 12 cm), crocheted using acrylic 8 ply / DK yarn, with hook size E (3.5 mm). If you wish to make a larger or smaller version of this amigurumi, you can just use thicker or thinner yarn / crochet hook.
This pattern is also suitable for wool or cotton yarn.
SMC Bravo yarn (similar to Stylecraft Special DK) was used to create the cat in the pictures.

White will be used as a main color for the muzzle, paws, ears and tip of the tail. For the colored stripes, 6 additional colors of yarn are used. You can choose your own colors. Because of the stripes, this pattern is perfect for using up your scraps of yarn. Make sure though, that all of your scraps are of the same weight and material.

The cat is crocheted in continuous rounds, back to front; legs, body and arms are made in one part. This means, almost no sewing!

Gauge: not important for this pattern; just crochet tight enough, so the stuffing will not show through the stitches.
