The measurements are:

Small through X-large
Width skirt: 39 cm – 15.4” / 43 cm – 17.0”/ 52 cm – 20.5” / 61 cm – 24.1”
So for your hips is times 2
Width top: 38 cm – 15” / 48 cm – 19” / 62 cm - 24.4” / 76 cm – 30.0”

The ties can be adjusted to fit even better.
