Abracar - Crochet Shawl in 3 Versions

Abracar means “to cuddle” in Portuguese and I think the name fits perfectly with this shawl in three versions.

The dense post double crochets make it really soft and cuddly and you feel good being hugged. The scarf can be worn from both sides and the pattern is also perfect as a unisex pattern.

For Abracar you can easily reach into the leftover bin, or use two contrasting yarns, or even use two identical bobbles in opposite directions. Here you can let your creativity run wild.

Skills Required / What You'll Receive

As usual, the instructions consist of a detailed, written part as well as a multi-colored and easy-to-read crochet chart created on the PC. There is also a guideline table from the test team including example photos in the instructions. A tutorial for changing colors can also be found in photo form.

Materials List

You can use any material you like. Gradient yarn is best. Two different, contrasting colors show off the pattern best.**If you are looking for the right yarn, I recommend a visit to the Funny Hooks Shop.

I used 2 bobbles with 500 m each, 4-ply for my version. 168 x 45 cm outcome
