This onion bulbs, hand-crocheted with love, are a great Montessori baby toys and child development tool. Every craftswoman can crochet such a green onion. To do this, it is enough to have basic crocheting skills. You can easily do this if you know how to perform the main types of loops:

  All this is basic knowledge, so even a novice can learn everything and crochet such a green onion amigurumi.

Materials List

You will need the following materials and tools:

• Yarn in three colors (300) meters/100 grams): white yarn, any yarn in two shades of green: from lighter to darker (I do not specify how much yarn was used, because I do not know what kind of yarn and hook you will use). I used 100% acrylic Oxfofd Petek yarn in my product.
• Crochet hook no. 3
• Fiberfill (I use a holofiber).
• Stitch marker or short strands of yarn (for marking).
• Big needle.
• Scissors.
