Sea foam crown - a knitted set for the winter

Here you have the opportunity to knit a set. It consists of arm warmers, a hat and a Mobius loop.
There are different variations to choose from within the instructions.

Being able to knit in the round wouldn't be bad either.
Increasing and decreasing stitches.
