Crochet pattern for a baby toy "stacking tower"

This tutorial will accompany you step by step to receive a first toy which promotes your baby’s motor activity. Many pictures will help you to understand the production process.

If you use cotton yarn with a yardage of 280y/3.5 oz (125m/50g) and a hook size 2.5, the tower will become about 10 cm high and 9 cm wide. To stuff the parts you need some filling material.

This tutorial does not include crochet basics, but requires some experience. The following techniques are used: chain stitch, slip stitch, double crochet, half treble crochet, treble crochet, crochet in rounds (crochet terms in British English!).
