Ddanner • 4 years ago I purchased this pattern but for some reason it will not print correctly to my printer. When it prints, all the pictures print out okay but the writing is all blacked out. I have purchased several other patter

Thank you for purchasing our pattern.
If you are having trouble printing your patterns, please install the latest version of Adobe Reader. This is available for FREE here get.adobe.com/reader/.
It helps in 99% of printing problems.
And one more thing:
If you are using Windows 10 please make sure you open file with Adobe Reader and to Edge.
If it does not help then please use Google Chrome Browser to download the pattern to your computer.
Please let me know if any of this did help. If not, I will try to find another way how to manage the problem.
