This PDF crochet tutorial consists of illustrated tutorial for crocheting a cardigan (a hooded jacket) for adults (size XS to XXL) and children (size 3 y. - 12 y.) using the relief and sl st patterns, with explained in the video.
For crocheting the raglan corners I have created a video with the explanation. The video is in the public domain and can be watched with the link. The video has also been uploaded here at CP as an additional file to the PDF file. With this video, crocheting the raglan corners works much faster and easier. You can find the English subtitles by following the link.
The crochet with the sl st was also explained in the video. You will find the link in the pattern.
The jacket is very cosy. It will be your perfect companion, or your child's, for evening walks, games, romps etc. It is also perfect for sporting activities. It can be crocheted for both winter and summer (depending on the wool) and is a raglan jacket (which means it is crocheted without seams and without being sewn together).
Attention! The cardigan is crocheted partially with the sl st. Crocheting with the sl st, inserted either in the back loops only or in the front loops only of the previous row, requires a little practice. Before you start crocheting, practice crocheting with an old thick wool (wool scraps). After a few practices, crochet with sl st will work out very quickly. Otherwise, crochet very loosely, take the crochet hook 0.5 to 1 size larger than recommended for your wool.
