Fabric Recommendations

The “Betty” blouse is best suited for lightweight, drapey woven fabrics. Fabrics like viscose or silk are ideal, while crêpe georgette is another great option.

Woven cotton fabrics are too stiff and don’t drape as well. However, you can add elastic to the hem to create a gathered effect, making these fabrics more suitable.

You will also need lightweight interfacing (e.g., G710, H180) for the neckline facings.
