Angel Wings "Curly and Striped" - Crochet Pattern

Wonderful angel wings / wings in two variants
for christmas, wedding, communion, baptism, lucky charm, protection symbol

These beautiful wings you can use very versatile, eg.

• as a pendant on a gift
• as table decoration (wedding, baptism, communion, Christmas)
• or you can put several wings together to a mobile
• also very decorative as a bag dangler, jewelry or keychain (single wing)
• at Christmas as a tree ornament or decoration for the Advent wreath
• etc.

Since the wings are open at the bottom, you can also hide small coupons, secret messages or bills in the wings (see last picture).

Skills Required / What You'll Receive

You will receive detailed PDF patterns with text, crochet diagram for each of the two variations and numerous step photos, thus also feasible for beginners.

You should know the following stitches: ch, slst, sc, hdc, (dc, tr only for heart and star)

Size Information

Depending on the variant and yarn quality, the size of the wings varies.
The smallest wing is 6.5 cm x 5.5 cm, the largest wing is 12 cm x 12 cm.
You can see the exact measurements of all the wings on pictures 4 and 5.

Materials List

• Wings small: Crochet Yarn (LL 200 m/50 g), Yarn Weight: Fingering/Sock – Superfine,
  in nature or desired color, approx. 7 grams, for the heart catania in vintage, some leftover yarn
  Crochet hook 1.75 mm (for wings) und 2.0 mm (for heart), sewing needle, stitch marker

• wings medium: Schachenmayr Catania (LL 125 m / 50 g), Yarn Weight: Sport - 5ply | Fine (2),
  in nature (105) or color of your choice, approx. 12 gram
  for the heart catania in vintage, some leftover yarn
  Crochet hook 3.0 mm, sewing needle, stitch marker

• wings large: Myboshi No. 2 (LL 100 m / 50 g), Yarn Weight: Worsted - Medium,
  in hautfarbe (beige), approx. 18 gram; for the heart: agave (mint), some leftover yarn
  crochet hook 4.0 mm, sewing needle, stitch marker
