• medium to heavy outer fabric without elastane, e.g. coat fleece with a fabric width of at least 140cm: XS-XXXL: 1.15m
• 3cm wide elastic band in the length of your own waist minus 4cm
• a safety pin
• suitable sewing thread
• sewing machine with sewing machine needle suitable for the fabric thickness

• a ruler or tape measure
• ironing board and iron
