Christmas Tree, Fir for Lighting in 3 Sizes - Crochet Pattern

Fir tree / Christmas tree in 3 sizes to illuminate with LED tea lights.
Crocheted with 2 colors in spiral rounds. Thanks to a little trick, neither color nor round transitions are visible. At the end, the trees are strengthened with sugar water, making them wonderfully stable.

The beginning is a little unusual and tricky, but is described step by step.

Tree small: Height 19 cm, Ø approx. 7 cm
Tree medium: Height 23 cm, Ø approx. 8 cm
Tree large: Height 25 cm, Ø approx. 10 cm

• Myboshi No.2 in desired colors (100 m / 50 g) or comparable yarn,
  Colors used here: Agave (agave), Minze (mint), Kaktus (cactus), Elfenbein (ivory), Rose (rose),
  Ocker (ochre) and Weiß (white)
  Tree small: Color 1 approx. 14 g, Color 2 approx. 8 g
  Tree medium: Color 1 approx. 18 g, Color 2 approx. 12 g
  Tree large: Color 1 approx. 28 g, Color 2 approx. 18 g
• Styrofoam cones 14 cm, 18 cm and 22 cm high
• Approx. 100 g sugar (for starching)
• Crochet hook 3.5 mm
• Thick sewing needle (for sewing tails)
• Stitch marker, LED tealight
