Manipura Chakra (Solarplexus - Chakra, jewel city) is located as the third main-chakra at the height of the spreading costal arcs, in the middle of the upper abdomen, directly under the Solarplexus. It's element is fire and it symbolizes thoughts and willpower. The functions of Manipura Chakra are: mental things, thoughts, dogmas, personality, self-confidence, willpower, power, action, controll and inner identities.
