4 ch, starting from 2nd ch from hook: 3 sl st, 6 ch, 1 sl st into point А, 6 ch, 1 sl st i to point В.
Bind off, cut off any excess yarn.
Thread the ribbon through the buckle. Sew it to the hat.
This hat is a Halloween decor. It's suitable for a small doll, a witch, a crocheted pumpkin, a ghost, a black cat, or a snake like this one.
