Easy sewing pattern and tutorial for simple slouchy beanie hat with roll up cuff and curved upper part.

Beanie is unlined.

If you want a summer beanie, then you need to sew from a lightweight knitted cotton fabric, such as cotton T-shirt fabric.

If you want fall / autumn, winter or spring beanie, then you need to sew from thick knitwear, fleece or velvet fabric.

20 7/8 inches (53 cm) size;

How to measure head circumference:

You need to measure your head exactly where your beanie will sit. Place the string or tape measure around your head about 1/4 inches (0,5 cm) above your ear, completely circling your head.

All patterns with seam and hem allowances.

All patterns can be printed on both A4 size paper and US Letter size paper.

US Letter: 8.5 x 11.0 inches (21,6 x 27,9 cm);
A4: 8.3 x 11.7 inches (21,0 x 29,7 cm)

All measurements in patterns and tutorial are in both inches ('') and centimeters (cm).

You need:

1/2 yard (0,50 meter) of 58-60 inches (1,5 meter) wide jersey, fleece or velvet fabric for beanie, suitable for both large and small sizes.

You can also use old plus size t-shirt, wool sweater, velvet sweater or fleece sweater as your fabric.
