This is a step-by-step tutorial for cushion which have been hand knitted and crocheted. The pattern includes detailed photos with instructions how to make it -- useful for beginners. This pattern uses only basic stitches, so beginners should have no problem with it. It is written in English using Standard US crochet terminology (with UK crochet terminology equals if necessary).

Materials you will need:
1) crochet yarn (I used Premium Acrylic DK yarn) yellow approx. 70 g, light green approx. 200 g, light blue approx. 70 g; for appliques: snow-white, orange, red, pink, black, dark green, turquoise. 2) tapestry needles 5 mm; 3) crochet hook (I used hook size H8/5mm), 4) optional for decorations: beads, buttons (for flowers, ladybird and cushion cover); 5) tapestry needle.
This pattern is for a cushion measuring approximately 50 cm (about 20 inches) square.
The size of the cushion cover will vary depending on the size of cushion, type of yarn, hook and needles size and how tightly you knit and crochet.
