A garden of zinnias is created by popcorn stitch motifs that are joined as you work. The unique joining of the motifs gives the bag an interesting shape. After the motifs are joined, add a simple edging around the top, and finish with a handle and a crocheted button. This pattern is designed for the advanced crocheter as the joining of the motifs can be a little bit challenging.

Materials: Yarn: The bag shown in the photograph is crocheted in "Everyday" (a worsted weight or size 4 yarn) from Premier Yarns. You can use almost any worsted weight yarn that will produce a 4" by 4" motif. This project can be completed with a total of approximately 700 yards of worsted weight yarn in your choice of colors.
Tools: Crochet hook, U.S. size H.
