Tartlet Tea Cosy

Time for tea, hi-tea with a variety of delicious fruit tartlets.  They look so realistic you want to eat them all!

The tea cosy pattern is suitable to fit a 4-6 cup tea pot.  The cosy is knitted flat, but bring out your crochet hooks and make the tartlet casing and all the fruits and custard and cream and jam.
The fruit consist of various berries, goosberries, rasberries, blueberries, kiwi slices, banana slices and strawberries.  Some are topped up with a mint leaf

Gauge:  Stocking stitch using Double knit yarn:     22 stitches x   29 rows = 10cm x 10cm (4ins x 4ins)

Although it is not a beginners pattern you should should be comfortable with basic knitting skills (used to make the caosy) and good understanding of crochet (used for tartlets)
