In a similar fashion the heads are worked individually too and sewn together. The cats are sat looking away from one another, I thought this would be nice because it means that the tea cosy doesn't have a front or back.

K2tog Knit 2 Stitches Together
P2tog Purl 2 Stitches Together
Inc1 Increase in next stitch (knit in front and back of stitch on a knit row. Purl in back and front of stitch in a purl row)
T&D Thread the end of the yarn through the remaining stitches and through the loop of the yarn itself and draw up the knitting tightly and Finish off.
