The Amigurumi Dog Pattern (pdf file) is in English (US terms), very detailed, very clear instructions and tips with lots of photos for each step.

Size ~20 cm/8 inch – sitting/ ~25 cm/10 inch – standing, I used a (main) yarn of 100 g = 308 m (~3,53 oz = 337 yd) and 3,5 mm hook.
