Cotton yarn 50 g/137 yds, Sport Yarn, 5ply, crochet hook C, 2 black beads or a pair of safety eyes, polyester fiber fill stuffing, yarn needle.

INSTRUCTIONS
I don´t join rounds with the help of slip stitch but crochet in a circle.
BOTTOM
Rnd 1: 6 sc into Magic Ring.
Rnd 2: inc 6 times (12 sts).
Rnd 3: *sc in next st, inc* (18 sts).
Rnd 4: *sc in each of next 2 sts, inc* (24 sts).
Rnd 5: *sc in each of next 3 sts, inc* (30 sts).
Cast off and weave in ends.
UPPER PART
Rnd 1: 6 sc into Magic Ring.
Rnd 2: inc 6 times (12 sts).
Rnd 3: *sc in next st, inc* (18 sts).
Rnd 4: *sc in each of next 2 sts, inc* (24 sts).
Rnd 5: *sc in each of next 3 sts, inc* (30 sts).
Rnd 6: *sc in each of next 4 sts, inc* (36 sts).
Rnd 7: *sc in each of next 5 sts, inc* (42 sts).
Rnd 8: *sc in each of next 6 sts, inc* (48 sts).
Rnd 9-13: sc in each of next 48 sts.
Rnd 14: *dec, sc in each of next 6 sts* (42 sts).
Rnd 15-18: sc in each of next 42 sts.
Rnd 19: *dec, sc in each of next 5 sts* (36 sts).
Rnd 20: sc in each of next 36 sts.

Don´t cast off. Sew bottom to the upper part of the ostopus using hook.
Before the hole is closed stuff the octopus.

Crochet next Rnd: *6 dc in next st, skip 1 st, sc in next st, skip 1 st*.
TENTACLE (8x)
Ch 43, dc in 4th st from the hook, 2 dc in each of next st.
FINISHING
Sew tentacles to the bottom of the octopus. Position eyes (19-20 Rnd) and sew them to the head of your octopus.
Embroider or stick mouth with pink yarn.
