Suggested Yarn (ad uncommissioned / unpaid)
100 % New Wool, 50 g (1.76 oz.) / 50 m (54.6 yds.) yardage in Christmassy fir green; e.g. Felting Yarn for knitting and crocheting. This yarn is spun for felting, use a low twist and single ply. Super Bulky (5-6 wpi).

In addition, 1 skein 50 g in wood brown for the trunk.

You work double-stranded!

Hook: 9

Wall/door decoration ideas: crocheted beautiful items such as small gift bags to hang up as Advent calendars, attach fairy lights, glitter bead chains, stars, buttons, etc.
