The Photographer Tea Cosy Knitting Pattern is an old style 'Watch the birdie', cameraman from the 19th century; an era of rapidly accelerating scientific discovery and photography.
The photographer is there with his old camera on a tripod. He is bent over so that he can look through the view, and his bottom is sticking out behind him. We can't see his head because he's under the blackout sheet.
I love the 'Birdie' on the top of his camera. In the Victorian times the bird would have been made of brass, but I thought a little blue bird would be much more cheery.
The Photographer tea cosy fits a medium sized teapot that covers a teapot that holds 6 to 8 cups or 2 pints.
The pattern will be available for digital download as soon as you have completed purchase, so you could start knitting Him very soon!
This product is the knitting pattern only; to knit your own Photographer tea cosy.
There are no charts, most of the cosy is knitted in Stocking Stitch.
