Colorways 2 - Scarf / Stole

A versatile pattern for a pretty scarf/stole by Birgit Freyer.

With this pattern, you can knit a beautiful scarf / stole. This pattern has first been published in Birgit's collection Colorways 2, promoting the beautiful yarn Filace Moira with the wonderful colour changes, but Moira can be easily substituted with a variegated yarn of similar weight.

The scarf is worked in an irregular zig-zag pattern and is truly eyecatching, but rather easy to knit. The pattern contains charts.

Original size: 30 x 220 cm / 11.75 x 86.75 in (variable)

Materials List

Original Yarn: Moira by Filace (350 m / 383 yd per 100 g), or any variegated yarn of similar weight
Yardage: approx. 700 m (770 yd), depending on size
Needle size: 4.0 to 5.0 mm (US size 6 to 8, UK size 8 to 6)

Notions: Stitch markers (optional), scissors, needle (to sew in threads).
