This pattern features the Overlay Mosaic Crochet Technique
It is a simple crochet technique, but if you are not familiar with it, my best suggestion would be for you to watch a couple tutorial videos to see how it works.

I would say this pattern is intermediate experience
There is row by row instructions and x marked charts included in the pdf.
A x marked excel sheet is also provided if you prefer to use that for the chart.

Size Information

The approximate size is:
5.0 Hook - Worsted Weight Yarn
Approximate Size: 56 wide by 66 length
6.5 Hook - Aran Yarn
Approximate Size: 73” X 73”

Chart: 230 columns, 218 rows.

Materials List

Supplies Needed:
Worsted Weight Yarn Size 4 medium
Color A: Background color - White (or your favorite color)| I used Red Heart Super Saver - 6.5 skeins
Color B: Design Color - Variegated Blues and Purples (or your favorite color, it doesn’t have to be variegated)
I used: Red Heart ‘Roll With it’ Sparkle - Amethyst - 4.5 cakes Size I Hook (5.0 mm)
Border: Either of the colors used.
