Flower in green and yellow:
Stitch 5 sts and close to form a ring
(5x) stitch 6 sc, starting with the second from the needle work 1 sc, 1 hdc, 1 dc, 1 tr, 1 dc, then finish petal with a slip stitch into the ring.
Finish:
Start by stuffing some filling cotton into each of the three arms, and then sew the middle arm onto the large one.
Next, fill the feet and arrange them on the bottom of the body in a triangular shape. Attach them with pins and sew them tightly.
Now attach the arms to the body. Make sure that the arms are roughly centered on the body when viewed from the front and directly opposite when viewed from above.
Now the spikes are embroidered. For this purpose, use a knot stitch. Stitch between the stitches with a needle and a brown thread and hold the thread. Wrap the thread around the needle 4-5 times and then stitch into the same stitch again. A small knob will form. Distribute these knobs over the body and arms.
First sew the green flower, which forms the sepals. Then attach the yellow petals to the sepals. Finally, you can cover the middle hole with a white thread and a knot stitch as with the spikes.
The last thing to do is embroider the face. Using black thread, embroider the eyes over two rows, then center the mouth in between. Finally, add the highlights in the eyes with some white thread and.... Done!
Have fun with crocheting!
