Cast off the ordinary and net yourself the catch of the day by downloading TeaCosyFolk's Angler Fish Tea Cosy Knitting Pattern.
This has got to be one of the creepiest looking fish with all it's teeth and bobbly eyes, it is like something from a horror film.
He has a lore dangling down on his head that he dangles just above his jaws, and when a smaller fish is tricked into thinking the lore is a tasty morsel to eat, he himself becomes the tasty morsel.
I have designed the angler fish in what I thought looked to be spooky looking colours. The main part of the cosy is knitted in a lumpy stitch that adds to his ugliness.
The fins and tail are knitted separately and sewn on afterwards.
It's a 6 page knitting pattern that is easy to follow.
The angler fish tea cosy fits a medium sized teapot that covers a teapot that holds 6 to 8 cups or 2 pints.
The pattern will be available for digital download as soon as you have completed purchase, so you could start knitting him very soon!
This product is the knitting pattern only to make your own angler fish tea cosy.
