The design of this hot water bottle cover is a nod to the classic shape of the bottle and a tribute to the nostalgic charm of vintage ice lollies.

Envisioning the bottle as a beloved FAB lolly, I was inspired to etch ‘UR FAB’ onto the stick, adding a playful and affirming message that doubles as a reminder of the owner’s value and individuality.

Crafted with Stylecraft Special Aran yarn in the signature trio of colours, the cover’s chocolatey section is adorned with embroidered sprinkles, evoking the iconic look of the nation’s cherished FAB lolly.

Designed to snugly fit a 2-liter hot water bottle, this cover boasts a practical envelope opening for easy insertion and removal, simplifying maintenance. A dedicated spout opening ensures you can fill and empty the bottle without removing the cover, blending convenience with style.

The cover is knitting is Stylecraft Special Aran and the lolly stick is knitted in Stylecraft DK and sewn on.

The cover fits a 2 litre hot water bottle that is about 32cm long and 19.5cms hot water bottle.
