The Superhero Tea Cosy Knitting Pattern makes this stunnin tea cosy that looks like a comic book superhero.

As you might expect, the superhero tea cosy has all the trappings of any superhero; a cape, great looks and his pants on the outside of his trousers!

He'd stood in a pose pointing skyward as if he's about to fly off.

On his chest is an emblem with a letter 'T' to stand for his favourite beverage and lefts face it, when your chips are down and something terrible has happened, it does make you feel better to have a nice cup of tea.

He's a lovely project to make; he's quick and easy with stunning results, he will fly off your needles.

The superhero tea cosy fits a medium sized tea pot that covers a Teapot that holds 6 to 8 cups or 2 pints.

The superhero tea cosy is a 4 page knitting pattern that has lots of photos to help and guide you. The pattern uses Stylecraft Special DK yarn. The pattern will be available for digital download as soon as you have completed purchase, so you could start knitting him very soon!

SL1 Slip one stitch
PSSO Pass Slip Stitch Over
Rep Repeat
K2tog Knit 2 Stitches Together
K3tog Knit 3 Stitches Together
P2tog Purl 2 Stitches Together
Inc1 Increase in next stitch (knit in front and back of stitch on a knit row. Purl in back and front of stitch in a purl row)
T&D Thread the end of the yarn through the remaining stitches and through the loop of the yarn itself and draw up the knitting tightly and Finish off.
Stocking Stitch Knit a row, purl a row
(RS) Right side row
