The PARI socks got their name because I purchased the beautiful yarn during a trip to PARIs, plus this colorway shows the colors of the French flag.
A simple structure as the 1x3 BRP (broken rib pattern) is the perfect canvas for a beautiful handdyed yarn and an ideal stretchy and comfy pattern for socks.
The socks are worked top down, using a strong heel construction. This method is very suitable for self-striping or self-patterning yarn since there is no unwanted interruption of the yarn pattern at the heel.
