You are a pro in crocheting … you know all stitches and love fresh challenges?
I present proudly my new design “Lieselle Anders – 2in1”.
This Casquette lives up to its name: “Anders” means in German “to be different” …

“Lieselle Anders - 2in1” is a kind of a casual French Peak Cap. Explicitly worked for different head circumferences, the pattern includes a further option, a second crochet pattern: a broad and snazzy peak variation with buttons.

Skills Required / What You'll Receive

ANDERS also means: You work single crochet stitches inversely – INVsc
And … mainly you work on Wrong Side!
However, don´t be afraid! You will find an included workshop with photos at the end of written pattern.

I recommend this work for well-advanced crocheters/skill: advanced
The INVsc method is easy, but unusual. You need practice. Not recommended for a complete novice, because you also work with changes from Wrong to Front Side and you crochet in rounds spirally.
You must know crochet charts/diagrams.

Terminology: EU/US-American Crochet Terms.
Dare to work an “other” crochet stitch! In the end you will be rewarded with an outstanding Cap ... designed to turn old and young heads ;-) All of my testers simply loved Lieselle.

Size Information

You will find 3 sizes in pattern: S/M & L for head circumferences from 55 - 59cm (US 6 ⅞ - 7 ⅜ = corresponds approx. 21.7"- 23.2")
Every individual head circumference is different and worked out!
In additional to written pattern you will find for all peak variations (casual or snazzy) charts/diagrams.

Lieselle also fits well kids by the way.
For mums, grandmas and grandchildren. Make the perfect family look.

My yarn: Baby Merino Wool (Bulky labeling) HansaFarm
100% Baby Merino Wool, Weight/yardage: 1.8oz (50g) = approx. 93yds. (85m), Worsted, Aran
or Alternative yarns, e.g. Schachenmayr: look webpage YARNSUB. Colors at your choice.
Amount: 3 skeins à 50g
Wpi (wrap per inch) = 8
Hooks : EU 3,5 – 6 (US E/4 – J/10) are changing within work.
Necessarily to match gauge!

Tip: For a „Summer Lieselle Anders“ (with a slightly peak modification) I can highly recommend wool with a percentage of cotton and polyacrylic. According to written pattern, adjust hooks sizes to obtain the correct gauge. Find wooly recommendations in PDF.
