Free and untamed is the childhood and youth of the white horses at the Lipizzaner Stud Piber. Above them only the blue sky and under their hooves the green lush grass of Styria.
I captured this image in these cheerful striped jumpers with the exuberant horse.
I dedicate this jumper to all children who love horses!
The instructions consist of charts AND are written out stitch by stitch. It is not difficult, but you should have a solid basic knowledge of lace patterns.
The jumper is knitted from the top down, starting at the neckline. It is therefore a Raglan top down.
Stitch gauge: 24M and 36R = 10cm
The instructions are described separately for size 80cm (6-12 months) up to 54cm waist circumference, for size 110cm (3-5 years) up to 62cm waist circumference and NEW since 1.7.2023 for size 134cm (8-9 years) up to 73cm waist circumference.
I will be happy to add more sizes if there is a need. Please feel free to contact me.
I used 100% merino wool (50g = 175m) 2-3 balls in white and 1 ball in blue and 1-2 balls in green (depending on the size), 4 mesh markers, double pointed needles 2,5m and 3mm and a circular knitting needle 3mm 40cm long.
Take a look at my kids room, where you will find even more pretty models for your darlings.
